The work you’ve done is amazing! Just be careful of the ivy!!!! My cousins built a house below a slope, added evergreen trees and put ivy all around to hold up the hillside. 30 years later it has strangled all the trees! And it can take the grout out of your wall! Keep it trimmed back and watch where it is clinging. Nothing I love more than working in the yard!! It’s my happy place!

If you brush sand into the cobble/paving stones it will help stop weeds/moss grow back through x

Cement is better than sand just get a bag of ready mix put in between the paving and lightly water.. and let dry 🙂

Just found your video. Best tip I can give is to mow the lawn at the end of the day, especially in the summer. It has the coolest hours to recover. Mowing in the morning before a sunny day will stress it too much.

Hey Fab & Ell, you both worked so hard at tidying up your back garden. The Railway Inn garden centre looked awesome. Nice of them to treat you both. The Honey & Bee Planters were my favourites. How about some raised planters in your back garden. With Tall Trellis Frames on the walls, then you can grow some lovely climbing plants. The large playpen with Fab sitting in it was ace. X

What a good start to the garden. A little bit at a time and you will get there. Big difference already. Just be careful of ivy growing over the brickwork it’s a killer to your walls. Got to keep that arch once you’ve given it a bit of love it will be amazing, I love the vibe it gives. Xx

I will mention that too. English ivy can take the grout out of the brick and kill trees. I would pull it all out

I love my garden. I'm disabled so I've got a gardener who did similar to yours, jet washed the patio and furniture and mowed the lawn and trimmed the bushes. He's coming over once a fortnight to mow the lawn 👍 I use Hello Fresh too, mine will be here on Monday. I get three dinners for me and the boys, for two times a week. Your boys are so scrumptious 💜💗

You've done a sterling job guys , what a lovely big garden for the boys to play in , you'll want a paddling pool for the boys , I suggest keep that space free , swings ect will be used , maybe a nice little bird bath and maybe a small water feature and bird box ? Bring the birds into the garden my granddaughter loves watching the birds xx you 2 work so hard, you deserve a lovely home xxx

Absolutely love watching you guys! Love the teamwork and enjoy the odd few bickering moments too hahaha the realities of relationships 😆 i think you should get a cherry tree. You can keep in pot until you find the perfecr spot in your garden. They look absolutely beautiful when the blossom and itl be fantastic for the boys when they are running around to help cherry pick. There are also a number of other fruit plants you could try. Dwarf apple trees are brilliant my 2 year old niece loves helping herself at my mums garden and we always see some half bitten apples still on the tree!

The boys are getting so big. We just lost our twins on the fourth of May and I'm still so devastated. Nothing in this world hurts more than being pregnant and then months later having a flat tummy. It still gives me joy to watch you with your twins and see them chatty and HAPPY. You're beyond blessed.

I love the bees and honey pots. Ell Im with you spiders really scare me and I have got worse as ive got older. I hate going in sheds and the loft as I know I will see more of them. Amazon sells a little pop up tent that you could put the boys in while y’all are outside. It keeps them close but protects them from the elements. Lovely garden, guys!

I’ve always loved the charming English gardens and you did a lovely transformation of yours💕.. it’s amazing what a little elbow grease/ power washing and some lovely foliage can achieve, nice job😊.. just a little garden tip, but a really good weed killer ( that’s not a pesticide) is 1 cup salt.. 1TB dish soap..1gallon vinegar and it kills the weeks like a charm😉.. sorry, I’m from across the pond and don’t know your measurement system🤦🏻‍♀️😆.. love your channel and the boys are totally adorable 🥰

My husband hates mowing the lawn and does a terrible job of it. We just purchased a rechargeable 26" wide mower for our small front and back yard and he has already mowed the lawn 3 times in less than 2 weeks!!! He loves the no cord, light weight of it, and says he actually likes mowing the lawn...my eyes can hardly take it in. 😆 Also FYI, my granddaughter would play on my gravel patio for hours when I did daycare for her. Rocks in the bucket out of the bucket, in the dump truck out of the dump truck, through her fingers, and on and on. She was a wee bit upset when we took up the gravel. I also empty my potting shed every year, spray for spiders and do a nice clean up, then I know for sure that I won't get attacked by God knows what if I am in there. I also spray for spiders under the patio furniture, those buggers have to respect. 😉
