Tip for you, only cook the mince with your spices and no oil. Add onions, dhania only after the mince is cooked. In this way the mince cooks in it's own oil and does not make your samoosas oily.

Annie , cut a slice of bread and place it on the chopping board board close to the onions, the bread will absorb the moisture from the onions instead of making you teary.

Wonderful job, just something to add when frying the Samosas don't pre heat the oil first, just add them to the oil, let the oil and the Samosas Cook together. They will cook so well, have an even color and a very delicious taste.

Put coriander, Spring Onions and Onions 🌰 in.Take your dough and kneed it very well. Make small balls one by one,and on each one except the bottom and the top one rub with oil.Roll it now out but square ⬛️ like this.than when it's finished Put it in the oven and bake it like that.now move it slowly from one another and cut ✂️ it in stripes, you can even cut them before you put it in the oven. Before you roll it up,take a damp cloth and close it.Take one by one and make your bag,put your mince in and smeer with your glue.Everyt time put it under a damp cloth, important please. Now you can pack some away,if it is to much. Now you can fried the rest.
