James and Carys they do do banana boat sun cream they say it’s for kids but who listens to that it’s really nice and works great on my sensitive skin ( and in the sorta ginge that can burn wearing factor 50 -complete vampire )

The number on the suncreme shows you how long the protection will last, it's not the intensity of it. So if you are really pale, your skin will have a self protection of 10 min without getting a sunburn. So if you put on a lsf 15 you multiply it by the minutes your skin can natural be in the sun, without getting a sunburn. E.g.: lsf 15 × 10 minutes = 150 minutes of protection, the higher lsf you get, the longer it lasts. Just google which skintype you are and how high your selfprotection is, and you can calculate it youself. And sorry if my englisch isn't perfect, I am from Germany. Have fun on your vacation!

I have sworn by that Aloe Vera after sun for over 20+ years... Think thats right. (Actually 24 cause my daughter is 22). Have you tried keeping it in the refrigerator? It makes it feel so amazing on a burn with the added chill. Congrats to you both btw...Of all the young couples around I think you both are one of the only couples I would say getting married at such a young age is right for. You seem to have such a strong foundation that you've built on. Being best friends is the key to a long happy marriage. All my love from the US

Bit late now but a hack I’ve learnt is suntan lotion is always better from where you are on holiday. For example if I go America I buy it there. Saves space and always seems better quality to cover the type of uv rays from where you are. Have a fab holiday x

Did you guys know that the factor in suncream just means how long the cream lasts before you will burn, so all factor 50 does is mean you have to apply it less it doesn’t provide more protection, so that means that not buying 50 is actually a waste of money because you have to apply more of the lower factors and buy more bottles of them, you still tan with factor 50 the same way :) just trying to save you guys some money because I used to be the same! :)

If you burn badly don’t buy your sun cream from the high street shops. The first ingredient in them is always water/Aqua 😩🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️ look online for suncare central suncarecentral.com/Pages/Default.aspx - it’s the best sun cream ever!! I’m ginger and don’t go on holiday without this now. It stops me burning so it’s well worth the money ☀️☀️☀️
