I add credit card for payment option…I have no cancellation policy. A customer booked using a visa debit card and cancelled booking later….I am unable to collect my cancellation fee due to insufficient funds in that card! What should I do?

सर हमारे कैंसिलेशन पॉलिसी के हिसाब से अगर कस्टमर एक दिन पहले कैंसिल करता है तो उसको 100% पेमेंट चार्ज करना है। जब कस्टमर ने पेमेंट किया ही नहीं तो उसे कैसे पैसे वसूल करें।

Ye policy booking.com ki website me dikhane bus ke liye he jo guest ko dikhe. Par real me ye policy ka koi mtlb nahi he. Guest se pese sirf aap hi collect kr sakte ho dusara koi nahi. Baki agar guest naa aye aour booking aub bhi ho to no show ke liye zaroor apply kr lena wo bhi checking date se 2 din ke andar

Prepayment ek policy he aour kuchh bhi nahi. Aap sirf policy update kar rahe he. Jub guest website se booking karega to unko dikh ke ayega prepayment. Par payment to aap ko hi guest se lena he. Booking.com india me kisi bhi prakar ke payment ke liye nahi he.

Ek bar agar review aa gaya to hum log uss review ko delete or remove nahi kr sakte. Par agar booking.com ka guest he aour guest chahe to unka dala hua review within one month remove ho sakta he. Apke guest se baat kijiye aour remove krwayiye iske alawa aour koi bhi option nahi he.

Par ye to bataya he na ki kyo nahi show ho raha. Aour bhai me kuchh nahi kr sakta iske liye. Me sirf process bata sakta he ki booking.com kis tarah se kaam karti he. Hum log uske system ko change nahi kar sakte. Iska fayeda to unn logo ko milna he jinke account me ye option dikhega... aour haaa bhawishya me kabhi na kabhi apke account me bhi ye option open hoga bas aap apka calender dusare platform jaise ki gommt ke sath zaroor link karke rakh dijiye.

Nahi.... ye activate krne se site me dikhega pay in advance. Fir aap guest ko call krke advance me apki payment mang sakte ho... par ye activate krne se ghata bhi he ki jo guest advance me pay nahi krna chahta wo apki property book hi nahi karega... isliye jitne kum restriction rakhenge utba hi accha hoga
