Good day,I also applied on preply and my profile was reviewed the only problem is the first step,there's a red tick and that they say my thumbnail doesn't meet their requirements. They asked me to update it,so I'm not sure if I have to do a new video,or picture. I'm so confused,please do help me. Very informative video,you're killing it ma'am 💕
