Not criticizing but isn’t garlic a big ingredient in the seasoning? Also, don’t you ‘chunkay’ the masala mix and then add the meat to bunjay? Looks good though.

Yes garlic is a huge ingredient in seasoning, however we weren’t making curry here. We were making dhal and this is a completely different style in cooking it. There are various methods in which you can make dhal but at the time we chose to do it this way and yes we do chunkay the masala mix and then add meat when we are doing curries.
