You mention bracing the loader , it works good to take a length of rectangular tube , cut one narrow side out and drill some holes in each end to take hair pins . Then when needed just raise the loader , set the tube over the shaft and pop the pins in . Set the loader down a bit so weight is resting on the tube

I looked at a 464 yesterday, but the non standard SSQA of the bucket made it an instant NO. A shame since I liked the layout of the controls and ease of getting on/off it. I don't have full function on my right side since nearly being killed by a drunk driver in 1999. I need something with a low step or floor and enough space between the IC/steering and seat for me to use my arm to move my leg over. I also really like treadle pedals. We have a New Holland Boomer 40 at our saw mill and I can barely get in and use it.
@prequipmentsales2 жыл бұрын
Funny you should mention the SSQA thing. I discuss that further in another video I did. Basically if it’s a deal killer it’s east to swap to SSQA however I personally have a 324 and I prefer the factory setup. I have multiple attachments for it and they tend to be lighter than SSQA versions which I really like and they’re super easy to line up to. Regardless it’s an easy conversion for those that can’t live without it.

One of the most important things is price for people yeah we want to know everything about the machine as well but price would be number one

Would love to share pricing but then I’d have to constantly remake the video because pricing and programs have been changing frequently.

@@prequipmentsales you after seeing you clip wrote to the UA mar site and ask the same question about the lift arm for the 3 point lift we had a good chat and they answered my question of why it was on the outside their answer was it was easier to service and it lifts more than others in case I was satisfied with their answer I want thank you though fly your thorough look of the tractor my last tractor were 1946 red belly 8n a 1950 super A farm all and model b allis charmers so not being up on the new stuff I appreciate you people when you take time to explain things
@prequipmentsales3 жыл бұрын
@@timscott8149 I kinda thought that might be what the question was but I wasn’t sure. It’s actually super common on larger tractors to have an external ram or rams but you don’t see it as much on smaller tractors. I agree it’s easier to service and test. I’m a pretty big fan of it.

How much for 324 with hyd remotes in back
@andysee665810 ай бұрын
Nick, like the tractor but those hydro lines hanging down below the floor (significantly so) is a real problem. I don't understand how Yanmar can do such a good job on thinking things out and then do an elementary school child mistake.
@prequipmentsales10 ай бұрын
You know it’s surprising how few issues we have with them being damaged. I’ve had my 324 for 5 years and work the crap out of it with no issues. However in heavy brush areas it could be concern which is where the fancy skid plate/guard comes in. Thanks for watching
@Sam-231110 ай бұрын
@@prequipmentsalesso they do make a brush guard that will protect those lines? You say you have the 324 what you’re thinking between that and the 325?
@prequipmentsales9 ай бұрын
Yes there is a really good skid plate/ guard available. In fact we have a good video on it so check that out. Truth is the 324 and 325 are the same tractor. The 325 just has a couple accessories. You likely won't find a new 324 around since those should be all sold by now. Regardless great tractors. I push mine to the max especially feeding 4x5 round bales but she just keeps going. They're stupid simple and really reliable. Thanks for watching! @@Sam-2311

A concern with Yanmar is they will leave the U.S. market as they did years ago, leaving the tractors as orphans with no factory support
@prequipmentsales4 жыл бұрын
That’s not correct. The early Yanmars were “Gray” market tractors meaning they were never brought in by Yanmar. They were imported directly by third party companies. In most cases they did not meet North American regulations thus Yanmar cannot legally support those tractors. Up until fairly recently the only tractors imported directly by Yanmar themselves were sold under other brand names such as John Deere. This is the first time Yanmar has imported their tractors through their own North American organization.

Side note I love a Yanmar, BUT you presented me with some comedic gold so I have to hit you with it...... when talking about the standard features of the operator station on the tractor.... "here you have your steering wheel", I'm guessing this is apposed to the optional steering wheel of most other tractor manufacturers?......
