Originally, the producers wanted to call the Stillmans "The Spellmans" but after realizing it was the same name as the witches on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, they changed the name from Spellman to Stillman.

Why does it say spellman sisters isn't it stillman sisters?

The three blonde sister witches had the surname of Spellman until it was pointed out that it was also the last name of Melissa Joan Hart's character on "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch", so it was changed to Stillman. (Referenced from charmed wiki)

The Halliwell Matriarch spell is wrong. It's mixed with another spell. How strange.

The original page in the Book on the series was written that way too, it contains part of the truth spell because as Grams was casting the Matriarch spell, the sisters were casting the truth spell - if you recall, Grams was under the Necromancer's control and was going to cast the spell to call the matriarchs so he could absorb their power/spirits, but at the same time, the sisters were casting the truth spell to break the Necromancer's control over Grams and stop her from summoning the matriarchs. I'm fairly certain it was a mistake made by the original artist of the page and they didn't have time to fix the page for filming.

Yeah. The artists ran out of Time trying to figure out the rest of the spell but they had to fill the page.
