It is funny, I'll not have to do it quite like you via going to theirs to hear all the monitors to make a decision. Even if you chose something else... I'd feel like I've got people to hold my hand for the life of my studio going with the MUM's... I live in England though

Up till now I was thinking your final 3 would be the MUM8, Ex Machina and PSI. Now I think the final two are both the M.U.M. 8 but with either the silk or beryllium mids and tweeters.

Your guess for the final three is correct!

There are sites (EAC, ASR,...) with a lot of speakers measured with Klippel... and for example Ex-Machina Pulsar II measure not so linear. Would still love to hear them as they apparently have insane 3D sound stage. However Mesanovic CDM65 measure too linear vs their price point, al tho they have other drawbacks. I have no idea where I'm going with this, so I'm just gonna conclude that choosing a speaker is hard - especially if you can't hear them (in your room).

Oh, that’s interesting. I’ll check that out. Thanks for sharing. It is a hard decision, and a difficult process.

Other speaker models in mind ? It's become apparent to me that the market is crying out for a quality , single, full range box with no cross-overs .

Working all day with the monitors, which one is less fatiguing? Beryllium or Silk. Sparkle on top might be fatiguing.

I worked more on the Sliks but the Berryliums sound lush, they’re not remotely harsh or fatiguing.

There was only two parts to these interviews. Watch this space for more PDP speaker reviews though.
