i have like a whole paragraph to talk about this if you want to so the thing is, it depends on what kind of quirk Voice is. if it’s a mutation type (like Shouji or Ibara), then yes, because mutation types are technically always active. this would mean his lungs, throat, and vocal chords would have to be drastically mutated to make that kind of volume. but it could also be an emitter type, in which case he would just, idk, call the volume forth whenever he wanted to be loud, in which case, no. it gets more complicated because the wiki states his quirk as an emitter type, even though his quirk manifested at birth, which isn’t supposed to happen with emitter quirks (they manifest at around 4). only mutation quirks manifest at birth. so really, nobody knows

I find it interesting that people HC that he’s deaf because of his quirk. But the user’s body adapts to said quirk. People with fire quirks have a high heat tolerance, and fire resistance. (With the exception of Dabi because his body took after his mother’s cold resistance.) So his ears wouldn’t be damaged by his own quirk. They have that tolerance for high volumes, pitched, and bass. I love the HC regardless though.
