How did you get the head on there? It’s so hard to put it on because the neck joint is too big on the heads sculpt

I've heard that a few people had issues trying to place the head on the figure. I just checked mine out and the ball joint in the head just popped on the figure. I just lined up the ball joint with the neck piece on the figure and it popped on. Maybe try warming it up before you put the head on the figure? Hope this kinda helped.
