Hi, Great video! Is there a way to make the computed figures of the Present values by using the PV function in excel NOT negative? or do I have to custom format the cells into changing negatives to positives (assuming that is possible) . Thanks very much!

Muneeb U The only way to do that is to make the cash flows negative or you can put =-PV(rate, n, pmt, fv, type). Excel as well as the financial calculator always return a number that is of the opposite sign as the number you put in. I believe that's because they are different sides of the equal sign.
