It's great how one can associate PowerPoint with Excel. That said, it occurs to me that if the excel file is subject to change, the final slide may become inaccurate by pasting as a picture. I would have made it as a zoom slide.

@@PresentationProcess By the way, speaking of zoom slides. I have just discovered that it is possible to crop them to shape by first grouping them (Ctrl+G) with a snip using the snipping tools. Normally one can only crop a picture but grouping works as a work around. I think you did something on this for cropping shapes. Ayway, it works on zoom slides too. The snip can later be deleted. I used the technique to create a set of 7 hexagonal zoom slides - one in the middle surrounded by another six.
