Preserving Spring harvest from the garden June 2023

Hello friends! Today, we would like to share with you a video of our radish and chives harvest, along with the preservation process.
As Urban Gardeners from Toronto, we like sharing what we do in the garden and making the most out of it! We hope to encourage more people to grow more plants. No matter the experience or space available. Join us on our journey as we work with nature, grow food, share recipes, natural remedies and garden builds. When you do the pickled widemouth salad components what is you vinegar mixture with sugar and salt and im assuming pickle crisp. It looks beautiful and tasty. Thank you for sharing your garden.
