The Demerara harbour bridge is being built by Chinese engineers, not the local guys whose roads don’t last six months.

Why was that site chosen for the gas to shore project so many miles inland as opposed to somewhere closer to the ocean ,wouldn't the cost of materials have been less for it's construction etc
