Inflation is a global phenomenon and caused by the pandemic's effects on the supply chains and the Fed's low interest rates for decades. If we are to blame budgets, Trump increased the debt more than Biden has even if we discount Trump's COVID aid and not Biden's. Putin invading Ukraine caused fuel prices to jump. The U.S. is drilling for more oil now than we ever did under Trump. The President doesn't control interest rates either.
