For instance on the bump stocks, Sotomayor said that many people would be killed because of the ruling. That is not their responsibility or their concern when it comes to ruling based on law. I sincerely think, a woman from initiation of sexual activity should have access to birth control, at any pharmacy, prescribed by a pharmacist, as long as it’s safe. And any woman that has decided they’re done having children, don’t want children, or plagued by awful menstrual symptoms should have access to a hysterectomy. Furthermore. Unless there are good reasons that are health related, abortions shouldn’t be performed after a detectable heartbeat. They’re should be way more childcare programs out there and more financial help for women that have to make that choice simply due to the fear of not being able to support a child. I think RFK Jr has an excellent view on that issue.
