We do not have realistic leaders that are intelligent enough to identify our challenges, prioritize in accordance with the need and deliver in accordance with the needs. All government workers know this - this is their daily work life. Our problem is incompetent leaders from the top to the middle and the lower levels in our government departments who pose as competent and the unfortunate thing is that they don't even bother to get the skills they need to do their jobs. New politicians - remember these are politicians not certified professionals - copy international ideas from developed countries like: Intelligent reporting, data management, 4IR, 5G, now AI, meanwhile they out of sync with their departments challenges. They don't consult with workers, our experts and conduct research for the South African context in order to deliver. Mr President pretends we are not poor as a country he pretends we own our resources like these developed countries he keeps comparing us with, meanwhile, we all know we are a poor nation with no real world renowned niche in production. Also this is plagiarism of ideas from our former President Thabo Mbeki. His acting like its his bright idea. LOL my President.😂 It will take us the next 30 years and for these folks to die, then SA will be born again. I have nothing against my president, but if you can tell two things that the Venda people did to fight for democracy in SA I might reconsider the Presidents interest as it stands he has no original ideas nor the critical intelligence to make decisions to elevate and empower his country. These projects (Transnet, Eskom etc) are the projects they messed up since they came in power. Youth you have 4 years to create your own parties and govern your country, as it stands the idea of African youth empowerment is illusive.
