यहां बहुत से लोग राष्ट्रपति की यह कह कर आलोचना कर रहे हैं कि वे बीजेपी की लिखी बात कह रहीं हैं।इनको ये मालूम नही की हमारे देश में संसदीय लोकतंत्र है।जहां संसद में बहुमत प्राप्त दल की सरकार होती है जिसका कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष राष्ट्रपति होता है। जबकि वास्तविक शक्ति प्रधानमंत्री के पास होती है इसलिए राष्ट्रपति और उनके मंत्रिमंडल कि बातों(अभिभाषण) को कहने को बाध्य होता है।यदि कांग्रेस की सरकार होती तो ये उनकी बाते कहती।
