Cabinets are the people appointed by the President to lead the government agencies...

Cabinet members are the people who run government agencies like DFA, DILG, DPWH, etc. Basically, the cabinet members have direct control of those agencies (DFA, DILG, DPWH, etc), NOT the President. Although they get their orders directly from the President. The President have the power to appoint them. It's like being the CEO of a company. In short, sila yung mga galamay ni Duterte. Kasi hindi naman pwedeng i-manage lahat yan ng isang tao. (Pwera na lang kung pwede mong i-duplicate yung katawan mo lol)

Yasay made a big mistake in revealing that there are other countries asking the Philippines to make a Strong Statement if the Tribunal favors the Philippine claims. Yasay seems not capable of heading the DFA as the head of Foreign Affairs this kind of sensitive information must be confidential and should not be made in Public.
