Several war veterans, who included former Luapula Province Minister Brigadier General BENSON KAPAYA, also took part in the proceedings.
And Zambia National Service Chief of Religious Services BOSSY NKHOMA has called on Zambians to be loyal, selfless and emulate the spirit of those who died while fighting for freedom.
In his homily during the event, Brigadier General NKHOMA said Zambians must participate in building a united country which enjoys hope and justice.
