Very much so. We really enjoyed our visit and especially seeing them both Sunday morning. Really an honor. The city was quaint and the people were wonderful hosts. We even met the mayor and his wife. It’s like a living museum of sorts. Highly recommended for sure.

What made you want to visit this area of Georgia?

We had heard for years about the area. It’s partly partly nostalgia and partly American history. The Carter farm and childhood home are really something. Additionally, we saw the Andersonville sight which was quite interesting. Just a cool trip to take and fairly short for us. I would definitely do it in cooler months. That answer the question?
