President Joe Biden speaks after deadly New Orleans attack

The death toll in the attack in New Orleans has climbed to 15, according to a statement from New Orleans' coroner.
Officials have not yet released the names of any of the victims. Dr. Dwight McKenna, the city coroner, said it will take several days to conduct autopsies and names will be released once they are completed and relatives are notified.
