Esteemed Your Excellency Paul Kagame: I am Ss. Rong from Beijing China. The meaning of my name(荣荣) is all to glorify the Lord and all for the glory of the Lord. I was baptized in 2013 and my motto is : to take the heart of Christ as my heart and to take the love of Christ as my love.（以基督的心为心，以基督的爱为爱。） 2 years ago I had a special dream that : I saw two African boys who are around 5-7 years old , were in the rain naked ,so I used the towel to cover them and hug them to my arms. Our God is a God who cares about orphans. I could feel his mercy in my dream. And I also dreamed twice that my second daughter Jenny gave birth to an African boy. I try to figure out the meaning of the dreams and I came to a conclusion that I should take care of some orphans of Africa and I will have some fruits in Africa in the future. So I have donated to the orphans of Rwanda of 1000 RMB this month through a good friend whose name is brother Irakiza Lee . And on May 13th , I personally donated to CSB (the commonwealth society of Beijing) 10,000 RMB and they said they plan to help some people in Africa also. The reason I address this letter is because I have a vision to set a Glorying the LORD Charity Foundation in Rwanda so that more and more Chinese christian can help the orphans there also. And meanwhile, Our brother Eagle C. Yang ,the minster of Mei Hua Family wants to contribute to Rwanda’s humanitarianism aid also. He is the manager and actual controller of a SKR( Security Keeper Receipt安全保管单) bill,in this bill is some accumulated treasures of his organization. As we know you the president of Rwanda is pleased by our God and is a hero of the country and has very good relationship with our Chairman Xi Jinping. Rwanda and China has friendly relationship for a long time. And also the church of Rwanda is praying that God’s mercy and blessing can fall upon this country. So brother Yang hope to help Rwanda some. So if Your Excellency could address a letter to our brother Yang, heading to: Eagle C. Yang (AAIA-1356),UN Geneva P.R.O. 14646 ,Minister of A.C.S. H.Q. (Just send us the copy of you letter with signature on it, please send through mail to me so I can forward to him). To communicate what kind of humanitarian aid can he provide to Rwanda? As I know he would like to help for the hospital or churches setting up etc. Anything related to humanitarian is OK. Brother Yang will allow you to check his account through your central bank to make sure you know exactly his identification and the account detail including amount. To make sure you know there is enough money to support the humanitarian aid. Usually is in the form of turnkey project. Or if you want ,his representative Ss. Meng yingmei can fly to Beijing to meet your Ambassador in Beijing Embassy ,for further communications and discussions.(for humanitarianism support of Rwanda).
