Yeah, He does have that really sensitive laugh. But, you may find it interesting, I think it's not fake, I have watched him since 2009 and his some really early interviews (I'm talking like Late Night with Conan O'Brien era) and he had that sort of high pitched, nervous laugh. I still think he's sometimes nervous around guests, you don't really see it in the monologue but sometimes people laugh way harder when they are nervous and Jimmy seems just like that. Look at his old videos from Conan O'Brien days and you'll see what I'm talking about. I also think that sometimes Jimmy laughs way more than he's supposed to because that's his job really, he has to react a certain way to make the show more interesting. If you ever go to a taping of a Late Night talk show they always tell you that you have to laugh more enthusiastically and well, that's kinda what he does. In conclusion I think that his laugh is genuine and personally I don't find it that annoying like some people, but is it sometimes a bit exaggerated? Maybe.

They play off of our ignorance..and play on "our" sensation of "Fear"..induced by them. EVERY CORPORATION..has A "president". We never learn..voting for one of two evils..is going to do what exactly? Only an infantile state of consciousness..continues to put false hope into some self serving corrupt actor..playing a part..like a puppet show performance. I see right through it. Our votes do not count. It is not real. Presidents are pre-selected..by the banksters..not elected. I want to like president Obama..but it is impossible..when I know, he KNOWS..exactly what he is doing. And that..is duping the world. You think they did not purposely put someone like that..after Bush..based on fear of people revolting..after bush's transparency? It was a VERY strategic design..and has clearly..worked wonders.
