His secret service detail knew he liked to work outside everyday. They were so dedicated to him during his later stages that they would fill the pool with leaves every morning. So he had something to do, skim the leaves out. Some of them in interviews practically broke down talking about him. A couple stayed on past retirement age, just to keep up the detail. Says something about the guy when your secret service protection thinks that much of you.

In the world, how many Presidents as President Reagan’s age will still work hard like that. Very impressed and respected for our learning opportunities and experiences together. RIP President Reagan and former 1st Lady Nancy Reagan.

Always very impressed the former President Reagan’s hardworking habit as one of great President of our country. Most Americans brought up by hard working habit and learning skills. It seems many of them know how to repair kitchen, roofs, cars...etc. without much learning on the spot of the moment, since they have learned and done those things when they were kids growing up as culture. Even became America’s President Reagan, still worked extremely hard, humble and kind, very unique and very impressive for just who and how he was as one of our great President Reagan as one page of America’s history always for us to learn more from, I guess. RIP both President Reagan and former 1st Lady Nancy Reagan.

I was a kid when he was president, now as an adult I can't say I agreed with all of his ideas, but I do appreciate he was an american of a generation that believed in hard work instead of handouts, that's the problem with today's young generation, they are spoiled rotten believe they are entitled to heaven and earth just because they breath, I fear for the republic in the coming years
