People who live in the slum pay rent @ 4000 to 10000 per month,,,, if the government honors the promise and build this houses,,, the government can benefit alot....... landlords in the slum area are the ones benefiting,, and they don't pay any tax at all.... Slum dwellers pay water, pay toilet,pay rent......the slum dwellers are the ones suffering,,,not the landlords...

Nyumba zimejengwa ndani ya mto,,,, na landlord anakujia rent every month,,,,ajali kama mafuriko ikija utaenda na maji....afadhali president anasema watu watoke Kwa mto,,, Lakini landlords are bribing the chief and the D.o so that people continue to live in the slum without clean water, no drainage, no collection of garbage,,, This is injustice and it is high time someone to speak up,,,,and because the president has that vision let's support him in prayer and action because,,,it is possible
