@ There were two planes in the direction of travel for PAC25. If they got a collision warning they need to be specific. It is insufficient to simply ask if you see "A" plane when someone is about to run into someone. If they're heading towards a collision of COURSE there's a huge chance they didn't see them. Visual separation at night when the heli is running NVGs over a plane diverted over land with bright night lights? Its a recipe for disaster and it sadly came true. That's my point. He got the deconfliction alarm and didn't deconflict at all.
