@@mikaponce9917 I understand your point. What you are saying is in a way some UP alumnae are cocky. I think that is true anywhere you graduate. It mostly attributable to the level of social value a person is considered to hold. Like their competence or sometime just being wealthy. For most of the UP alumnae, they did not come from affluent families so I would base their cockiness to their being trained in an institution that promote free thinking. It is not fair to compare the UP guys to the Catholic trained student. In my view, the Catholic schools and universities are more controlling and promote less free thinking in their education that is why they are more conforming and less adventurous It is not a bad thing to be a conformist but they tend to be followers than leaders. This is just my observation
