Why the buildings are so low? Only 2 floors. I like cities with high buildings in the city centre.presov lokks like village with its low buildings..

Basically every historic part of european cities are lower buildings. Maybe only cathedrals were tall. Generally I think low buildings doesn't mean that the city is a village... Many european cities also forbid building tall buildings.
