I would favor Quartzite for all countertops and I'm glad the closet isn't directly inside the bathroom like so many other home builds. I would want a walk-in closet and a pocket door that leads to the bathroom. I also would want a laundry chute in the master closet with the washer downstairs to avoid laundry cleaning odors. Maybe it's just the design of this model of the home but maybe garage in the back and a big porch in the front. Just my two cents. Bed room maybe 19x14 feet.

My cousin has a microwave that pulls out like drawer. Nicest microwave I've ever seen. You can fit a large pizza in it.

Watching this video is a little much with all the camera shake. Id recommend getting the cheap osmo pocket which is a small pocket sized camera with a gimbal that makes buttery smooth footage.

The oak floors are beautiful and although I’m not a fan of the open concept floor plan, this one is not so bad. The home is beautiful from the outside I love all the gables and peaks it has a lot of character. I would like to see hardwood upstairs as well but you lost a star on the wire rack shelving I don’t know why you would call yourself a custom home builder and not have wooden shelving and rods in all the closets other than that you get 9 stars.

Thanks for watching the video and for the great review! This home was built for a customer who preferred wire shelving, so we did not have the option for doing wooden shelving and rods as we commonly do on our custom builds.

This house boasts some great custom work but it wouldn't be worth the money. The bedrooms are way too small for a family that would actually need a 4 bedroom. The touches are nice but the rooms need to be much larger!

Cookie Cutter! If it has a name giving by the developer then it’s not a custom home. Level 3? That is not a statement that would be made for a custom home.

a toilet belongs in the bathroom, in my opinion. It doesn't serve any purpose as you have the enter the bathroom to use the sink. I hope that doesn't catch on as it is the most ridiculous build idea ever. The floors are amazing!
