It already sounds like Calde will be a great fit at the Gas. As much as we need a head coach to develop the team and help them to achieve their potential we also need a leader to galvanise the fan base. Gasheads as an ‘extra man’ can give the team a boost to turn defeats to draws, draws to wins. What a great start he has had - nice to hear from GF too. Also, congrats to the media team, this is a quality production. Truly professional. #UTG

Interesting comment by George Friend regarding ‘drive’ being the main character required attribute for the coach which is without doubt with Inigo. It’s clear though that a large number of his summer recruits can talk a good game but can’t walk one. We need a nasty bastard on the field to kick arse when players start feeling sorry for themselves and eradicate the negative body language and attitude at the slightest set back.
