I'm finding it difficult to listen to this. In the performances we've dropped points, there's been no evidence of players trying to drive each other on. The players body language is just lethargic and fed up. I've never seen so much disary in the club. Leadership, desire, winning mentality, fight, guts, ambition it's all MISSING. I'm sorry Tav but yourself and the Gaffer are so disconnected from what is actually happening.

Behave they dont demand nothing, theres zero jeopardy for playing badly. They saunter around that pitch without a care in the world, barely breaking a jogging stride. I dont blame Tav for any of this its entirely on Clement for continuing to play the likes of him and Dessers who's lackadaisical attitudes infect and drag down the rest of the team. A good comparison and example is Diomande when he first arrived into what he has now become, hes a total shell of himself and looks lost.

There are too many bad performances. The management team and players have been consistently 💩 The same old statements week in and week out. No backbone throughout Ibrox top to bottom. There's definitely something wrong in the changing room, be truthful with transparency. Clement has bullied players while playing out of position just like Cantwell , Hagi and many more. Nightmare! We're fighting for 3rd place now.

We know that the team is capable of performing well. It was tough to hear Clement saying he thought the Aberdeen game was one of their better performances, especially with the younger players. We were all over the place and looked like crocked old men. We were outclassed and Aberdeen fully deserved the win. A new injection of passion is paramount and I don't see that coming from Clement.

I thank you for your efforts over the years and the few successes shared were great. There is a respect for that. However, it is time up here. The decline in performances is not good enough and someone else should be captain. I hope you do your best to find another club more suited to your current playing level in January. It is not all Tavs fault, the manager, and our CBs as well and striker are the biggest problems. If another manager gets sacked, some of these players need to also see their time end this time. The younger guys and the likes of Cerny, Bajrami deserve a clean slate. The rot, in terms of non performers in the league needs cut out and as fast as possible. We also need other decision makers at the top of the club, who make better appointments, as well as investment.
