I absolutely agree, a lot has been given and taught and Rwanda being where it is, as a model of good leadership in Africa and the world, is in itself an inspiration and anyone willing to see can see role models everywhere . My definition of leadership is serving others to the best of one's ability ,lifting up the community and contributing to everybody's well being. Being conscious of consequences of one's actions on others. So in short we are leaders throughout our daily lives irrespective of the discipline we operate in because every day we are given an opportunity to step out and do the right thing for others and ourselves.
