I hope you like them. You can certainly push the cuticle back. I personally don't. Doesn't seem to make a difference that I can see.

Not sure the measurements but there is a wide range of sizes in each pack. I am positive you will find a size that fits each finger!

I think the key is to ensure there is not lotion or oil on the nail. The alcohol wipe it comes with definitely helps keep them on once applied.

No they are not gel. Some of their designs have a gel look to them, but this is just press ons with adhesive.
