On her second-to-last spin, Lisa hits Pick A Corner: 2250, 1000 + A Spin, or a Water Bike. She picked 2250, but as those bikes often ran for over 3000, I'm wondering if that choice cost her the game... ETA: OK as it turns out, the bike would not have let her win either. A few episodes later it was hit for 3435, which would have made for a pretty close finish here (~150 separating), but Al still wins.

In hindsight, she should have taken the $1,000+spin. Had she taken that, she would have had an earned spin at her disposal no matter what she hit on the second spin. Yes, she still would have lost by $155, but even if she takes the water bike, the odds would have been more in her favor, as she would have only trailed by $955 as opposed to $2,140
