Started today off with your tutorial...having no previous experience with this. All went well, I am thrilled to say. I have 3 online gravity forms that updates a single Google Sheet and then updates a database. My client will be extremely pleased with this. Hi, having the same scenario on the video, what if a CRM is involve (namely HubSpot), is spreadsheet still needed? or I can go directly go for Gravity forms - Zapier - HubSpot?? Please help.

You can skip the spreadsheet and go directly to Hubspot

Have you tried printing directly from google sheets? It should work fine and it offers quite a few options

Do I need a to purchase the pro version of the gravity form to work with zapier? Or the basics could do just fine?

You do for the direct integration. You can get around this by using the Zapier email parser. Basically, you would have gravity forms send an email to you and then the Zapier Email parser would grab the info from your email and then send it to other apps. Let me know if you have questions
