Looks like the company is interested to sale the machine and then make us compulsive to buy accessories like crucible, thermocouple, and graphite sticks @v.high price e.g the graphite cover is normally sold @5$maximum and company's reply will be"please contact our agent" And agent is selling this cover 60$ Same thing in crucibles and thermocouple
