Great video, thank you. My PKP was having some issues around the float valve appearing to be a bit 'sticky' and now I know why! Going downstairs to clean the whole thing.

Thank you sooooo much for this. I was given my cooker and that little metal pin was not intact and I have never been able to workout where it went. Messages to Pressure King were ignored (so much for customer service). And then the little rubber seal came off and I had no idea where it came from, again pressure King themselves absolutely useless. You are a diamond!

Great instructional video Sammiie I now know how to get things apart without breaking them :>) One point to note its easy to loose small parts down the plughole when washing things under a running tap so put the plug in before anybody washes small parts I have learnt this the hard way :>)

Sammie, I use a small bottle brush to clean in the valve steam valve it works you can get the brush s at most hardware shop

Thank you for the video; it's really helpful. I have the 5L King Pro, and the instructions say to clean it after every use and gives a long detailed description of everything you have shown us. Surely we don't have to clean it that thoroughly after each use?

Fab and useful video Sammie... I learnt a lot about dismantling the lid. As for the seals and pot I've used Milton for removing curry smell. I have an Aldi Ultrasonic cleaner (for jewellery etc.) it cleans all the small bits great (and my spectacles ). These Videos are so useful keep 'em coming. ( P.S. I love the Tatts.. what are the words above the Dolphin on your right arm? )

You have probably figured it out by now but if not it is because the valve is open and not in the closed position that's the one on top of the lid that you can turn.

wow.... i sold my 3L because of smell that refused to go then got an Aobosi which has very useless instructions.... and hard to release the pressure as you have to hold on to the valve to eject the pressure I am now getting rid of it to get my PKP but the 6L model CANT WAIT!!! Lol
