Hi Sir, as you already know that stress has an important role in pressure vessels design so if see in this video that category A joints are more crucial joint for design because other than hemisphere shape longitudinal stress is double than circumferential stress so it's treat as category A joint and if you in the hemisphere shape longitudinal and cercumferntial stress are equal so both joints are treated as category A joints. And for your more understanding I want to clear you that stress have prominent role in pressure vessels failure. Thanks for coment hope you will get your answer.
