Thanks Doug I will follow those instruction. I purchase the pressure washer used and was changing all the engine oil this is how I found the issue. I also purchase a boat cover to put over the engine when not in use to try and keep it out of the weather thanks again Sir for your help Hank.

Great maintenance video I purchase a use Honda GX690 I change the engine and pump oil however I did see where some water was in the pump oil it looked a little milky when I first open the drain plug, I will monitor the oil what cause water to be in the pump oil.

Rain Could of gotten in through the dipstick cap or you have bad seals in pump and need to rebuild it. Drain it, flush with good oil to get the ware out. Then put oil back in and run it a bit to see if it gets milky again.

If the oil is looking milky, where would you start to look?

I will usually drain it. Flush w new oil. Then add new oil and run it to see if it happens again. If it does then you probably need a complete pump rebuild w seals and all.
