I've seen so many of these videos and I've never seen such hateful comments on any like I do this one. If you don't like the way he does his job, move on to another one. There's plenty out there and I'm sure you can find somebody that does it exactly how you like. We're not the ones out there in the cold, rain or heat doing these jobs, the least we could do is appreciate their time and effort to post these videos for our oddly satisfying needs.

It means a lot actually. By pressure washing the siding he is 1. Knocking of any oxidation causing insightful marks when it drys. Potentially driving water under the siding causing damp and breaking any seals in the siding!! I’m so amazed at how these jobs turn out. I don’t know much about pressure washing but I think you did an fantastic job and take the hateful comments below with a grain of salt, there will forever be that one person who knows everything and believes they have all the right answers. You can’t win with those types, so simply deleting their comment or ignoring them is the best route. As for me, I grew up all my life seeing black concrete and honestly never thought anything of it. If I ever saw pavement that wasn’t, I always just thought it was brand new. No one ever showed me pressure washing until I was 37 years old and that came from KZbin and some will call me ignorant or think I’ve been living under a rock but truly, I didn’t know it existed until I started watching videos.

Little word of advice so you don’t waste dwell time on chemical by rinsing it away when you surface clean is to start at the bottom of the driveway gravity will help rinse as you go up driveway nice job on the work as well.

On the driveway section if you start at the bottom nearest the street and work up the driveway you’ll get a natural rinse and save some time

Can we assume that the homeowner had this cleaning done prior to getting actual repairs done to the house? You actually washed away part of the porch railing! 😆Now that it is clean, it will be much easier to determine what repairs need done.

Wow, very nice!! What did you spray on after you wet it down & before you power washed? I have algae on several sides of my house too but haven’t been sure just the water would get it off. You did a great job! 👏👏💯💯💯👏👏

I have a pressure washing business we only use a low pressure soft washing on houses. You never should use high pressure like in this video it can force water up under the siding or disturb oxidation on siding too. Soft washing is what pros do its low pressure like garden hose psi but we use specific tips and 12v pumps and chemicals to kill the Algae and Mildew then rinse it off. Use pool Chlorine/bleach 10% and water and alittle dish soap. Mix in a pump sprayer like 80% water 20% chlorine/bleach make it stronger if needed. Spray on and let sit for 3mins u will see the Algae turn tanish and dissolve away rinse off.

Hello Karen, wait for warmer days....several days of 72 or warmer. Spray industrial chlorine minimum 12% all over and let it do its job. The next time it rains everything will be brand-new. And there is no need for high pressure water. Enjoy it and greetings from the Netherlands, Jo

"Simply Green " , if used undiluted will melt that green slime right off. It's the best environment friendly and safe cleaner out there. comes in two colors yellow , for lemon scented , and green both smell great , and better then bleach
