This is my 30th season…no paid advertising. If you won’t to grow, you will need to obviously. I like it the way I have done it…been there done the employee deal…no thanks. Much success to you though!

Congrats on the longevity man! I had one employee for about a year and a half and it was nice but it’s a lot of stress. I’m stuck in that middle spot where I want employees but also don’t want the stress. It’s a tough thing to balance for sure..

If you fully trust someone and they are also hard working then I would say hire them! The knowledge will come with time.
