Just got done with my first bowl of this dish, and my goodness is it AMAZING! Also, if you think those sausage slices were a quarter of an inch… Richard is a lucky man 😂

My hubby made this tonight. Oh my. Absolutely wonderful. He added 2 oz of white wine to the liquids. Yum!!! We love your recipes.

Hello! I’m currently staying at a Residence hotel for a few weeks while my house has repairs due to a flood 😥 I have already brought over a few pots & pans. Am strongly considering bringing my Instant Pot too - if only the little kitchen were bigger!

Absolutely love your recipes, I have a ninja foodi but the instructions are basically the same. Your Dijon chicken is my go to recipe for when I want to impress someone with the benefits of pressure cooking.

Being a type II diabetic, I limit my carbs so I'll make this one with pasta made from garbanzo beans. Another addition I think I'll add is either diced mushrooms OR at the end add some canned (drained and rinsed) white beans , again it cuts the carb load, adds protein, and well....it just tastes good!! Thanks for again mentioning the Boursin cheese, that has been a go to for me since I subscribed to your channel (yes...a loong time ago!) Thanks for Sharing!!

Jeff, just thought I would pass on a little something to help you obtain better equal parts of sausage when you slice them up into "one inch" pieces. I noticed yours weren't exactly even. I just cut each link in half. Then again in half again. Then again in half again. So you hopefully end up with 8 equal pieces. Or you can just do thirds after the initial one half of each sausage piece. This way you end up with 6 equal pieces. Just how I've always done it. I hate ending up with a huge piece at the end that isn't quite big enough to cut in half so you leave it. Hope this helps...

I am *so* envious right now. I left Long Island b/c housing prices were impossible in 2003, moved to Pa. Much better housing prices, but no Premio Sausages! Just North of Philly! And the size of sausages out here are half the size of the Premio....*sigh*
