The last day Prestatyn exists as a market town, as the gates shut for the last time to make way for a retail Park.

I've been a regular customer at this market/bootfair for the last 10 years since I moved to Prestatyn. Sad that it has now closed. I'm actually in the background of this video twice.

It doesn't matter if something is popular . When a big retail chain waves a big bag of money at the council there only one winner.

Possible locations that may not have been looked into: 1. The land between the Parc Bodnant housing estate and the railway-line ...this has a bonus - its already hardcored ..as it was a temporary road left behind when Tesco was built 2. Car park behind the yacht club - bonus it has toilets and is gravelled. 3. Old Kwik save offices site
