To be very frank I have used this food processor very heavily for last 2 years and didn't required any part replacement so far.. So I can't say much from my experience about after sales service. But if many people are saying in comments service is bad, then there is high probability that it is bad. Could be at some places or for some specific cases. In case you see any other product with very less bad reviews about after sales service, but high number of ratings have been given, then please go ahead with that. And also mention the same product in reply comment of this. We will also check the same then and audience will get benefited Thanks

Plastic jar or Blender Jar as it's called is The Best for making shakes of any fruit n Colld Coffee steel jars are for dry grinding. If u make shakes in these jars one will end up with chunks of fruits left .I'm using Philips mixer grinder for past 11 yrs it has 4 jars 3 steel n 1 Blender Jar it too came with this mesh attachment n was total waste. I make shakes in this Jar n trust me it's just superb I add all ingredients together fruits n milk ,sugar all n get super smooth silky shakes n Awesome cold coffee. I thought this grinder might have grater attachment too for grating carrots, but no use if it's not having any other slicer , shredding attachment.

First of all it's not a food processor...in Prestige there's a Amica super mixer grinder one and only complete food processor so please correct yourself...and the juicer filter u've not fixed it properly, filter is perfect only for citrus fruits for fruits with hard pulp we've to filter the juice externally irrespective of this all Prestige Endura mixer grinder favourite of customers, best model with 1000 watts
