Wow, I'm on my fifth viewing, it's the middle of the night, this marvelous home is wrapped in history. Both art and world history join together in a charming mix of beauty and warmth. I'm seated in a Vermont snow ski lodge with a roaring fire and a mug of hot chocolate with rum in front of me. So, I'm totally relaxed viewing this grand property again and again. The apartment is a wonderful experience, a work of art in a city of historical art. You've offered another terrific presentation. The question is "what attracts my attention to call this property home?"Perhaps, it's the spacious natural light, three-bedroom configuration with exposed wooden beams, the geometric stairway leading to the surprise attic living room, or the rooftop getaway? All quietly speaks of romance. Passion. And to know it's just meters away from canals and passing gondolas. Venice is truly magical. Would love to go sometime when it's cold, foggy, and creepy and few tourists! The designer has done a wonderful job with the space and you can't beat a view of the Campanile and the domes of St. Mark's. Thanks Stefanie and Lionard!
