That was a great review. Seeing how much the skillet can handle at one time was amazing. It's large enough to feed an army. I'm thinking about getting one so I can do the same as you, prep my meals. Because when I'm hungry, I don't want to wait to eat. A skillet like this will help keep me out of the fast food places, and hopefully save my money.

If your not gonna season or marinade the chicken then try cooking it in a bit of chicken stock. It will help add some flavor. Also weigh meat before you cook it. That is actually probably 10 0z of meat.

You get that liquid because the pan is over filled. The chicken is steaming not browning.

youre getting more than 8 ounces if you weight the meat cooked, it loses fat and moisture when being cooked. things like rice and vegetables are the opposite they gain water.

@@RogerOscarMike613 ok good..I cooked bacon in it today but didnt use the lid. Do you know what would possibly make the lid shatter while it's on the pan by people say it does? thanks

Normally when I cook eggs or egg whites, I use a little coconut oil, sometimes butter if I am cooking for others, so I don’t have any sticking issues. Still using that same one 1 year and 8 months later.
