The cooking rack is aluminum. However, we do have stainless steel cooking racks available. Call 1-800-877-0441 for more information. We're available weekdays, 8:00 - 4:00 Central Time.

I just got mine a couple days ago and was so disappointed that it (rack) looked aluminum. We are aluminum free so I specifically bought the stainless steel pressure cooker.

Presto- Why can't I consistently get this up to pressure and get regulator giggling? It happens more than I care to say. I clean everything good. Please help. These are topics u should cover on your website & in manuels. Very frustrating.
