Hello Mary I came to know about your situation. i know its a very tough decision to make as you have a new born in the house but you are getting a promotion if you get transferred. i will suggest you to seriously consider this opportunity as it will help you in managing finances later on especially with an addition in the family. Plus you are moving to Dubai and i know of many nurseries where they take care of new borns. i really think you should not miss on this opportunity. I know you were really looking forward to this since a long time and now that you are getting it you should not worry about other things. Great response. One thing I noticed is the use of the verb 'suggest'. It should be "I suggest you seriously consider this opportunity..." (without to). The verb recommend also follows the same form.
